To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2002 Mercedes-Benz S Class, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. I damaged my door mirror backing out of the garage, the replacements were $600 new and about half that used on ebay, I found just the shell on ebay for $70, bought your aerosol paint kit, primer, base coat and clear coat.
