To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1997 Chevrolet Express, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. Hey guys as anybody who owns an astro van knows the paint on the hood and the roof always wears off and that's my project.
