Your web site states products take 3 to 5 days to be processed and shipped and I understand the post office can be slow, but it took more than 2 weeks for your product to reach me. [ATU Note: It usually takes about 3 business days to make the product, put it in a box, and ship it, delivery is dependant on USPS and can take another 5-7 days. 2 weeks (10 business days) sounds about right, but if this is a time sensitive repair I'd suggest using a faster choice like UPS 2 day or Priority mail.]

Paint is top quality. Anyone can DIY, FYI! Yes, it is possible. Unbelievable. The paint pens are for very small touch ups. The spray along with the spray gun made me feel like Picasso. The spray gun is a must. Blends right in. Be easy so the paint does not run. Light sprays. That's it. If I would have listened and bought the other recommended products, my car would look like it just left the showroom. Still, my car looks great now. I'm not rushing to the car so no one will see me anymore. I walk with pride to my baby! I'll be ordering more soon to keep in my stash. Thank you.
