Your web site states products take 3 to 5 days to be processed and shipped and I understand the post office can be slow, but it took more than 2 weeks for your product to reach me. [ATU Note: It usually takes about 3 business days to make the product, put it in a box, and ship it, delivery is dependant on USPS and can take another 5-7 days. 2 weeks (10 business days) sounds about right, but if this is a time sensitive repair I'd suggest using a faster choice like UPS 2 day or Priority mail.]
