I guessed what color I was after since the VIN did not match the non-original door the previous owner had installed from a different truck. The previous owner had started to paint the door white and gave up, leaving a two-tone fade. I believe I ordered the Dark Grey Metallic 179 and the match was perfect. I recommend you order the clear coat for the full-factory gloss look if that's what you're after. I wasn't, and I am totally satisfied.

A very good quality paint. My vehicle is 23 years old and needless to say the paint is faded. So it's to be expected that the new paint wouldn't match. However, if compared to the paint on the door jamb ( where the sun and elements haven't had their way) the paint matches exactly! Awesome job! I won't hesitate to order from this company again.

I repaired dings on the back bumper the size of quarters on a red car which showed thru to a grey primer from a past paint job. As the car was a Repaint the color was not a match. However, it was close enough to please me and barely noticeable from 15 feet away unless you're looking for them. All in all, I am very pleased particularly with the customer service and professionalism afforded me on my call. If needed in the future I will not hesitate to call again. Thanks.
