CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1990 Toyota Previa, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb. The code will have a C/TR in front of it. A typical code will look like C/TR: 1D4/FH13, and 1D4 would be the color code in this example. Click here for Toyota paint code location diagrams and label examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1990 Toyota Previa is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Scott W, owner of a 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser from Shoreline, WA

I ordered paint for my 1989 Toyota Landcruiser from 'AutomotiveTouchup' after having looked around for touch-up paint. I liked the descriptive information and the spray can option. I ordered the base color and the clear coat finish. I appreciated the thorough and complete instructions and advice provided on-site and with the product. I appreciated the color-test card and the hints and recommendations. I have not applied the paint to my vehicle as I am still applying the primer base coat. The card that I have painted and clear-coated is an exact match for the color of the vehicle. I have placed the painted and clear-coated card on the hood on a section that has been washed, cleaned and dried. The color-match is spot-on perfect. The site navigation and ordering process is simple and straight-forward. I would definitely recommend 'AutomotiveTouchup' as a source for automotive touch-up paint.

Craig J, owner of a 1989 Toyota 4Runner from Nazareth, PA

The color matches perfect. Thank you.
