Restore Your 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser Finish In Two Steps

Select Your Toyota's Color (Step One)

AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser using a basecoat/clearcoat system just like factory specs. To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code, so you can find it on the chart below. The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb. The code will have a C/TR in front of it. A typical code will look like C/TR: 1D4/FH13, and 1D4 would be the color code in this example. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Stephen N, owner of a 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser from WA

Great color match.

Blair, owner of a 1991 Toyota 4Runner from California

I guessed what color I was after since the VIN did not match the non-original door the previous owner had installed from a different truck. The previous owner had started to paint the door white and gave up, leaving a two-tone fade. I believe I ordered the Dark Grey Metallic 179 and the match was perfect. I recommend you order the clear coat for the full-factory gloss look if that's what you're after. I wasn't, and I am totally satisfied.

Donald H, owner of a 1991 Toyota from Spokane, WA

The vehicle had been repainted the factory color but the final outcome was not a perfect match. I would say a shade or two darker would have been spot on. The vehicle has been sold as a work truck so it will not matter. The painting process was easy to use and the results turned out as good as a body and paint shop. One paint can nozzle would spit a little so I changed it out with the other can. The end result was good and the dollars spent low.
