CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1963 Porsche (All Models), we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Porsche paint code location diagrams and label examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1963 Porsche (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Joe V, owner of a 1963 Porsche from Orlando, FL

You customer service & products are great.

Blair S, owner of a 1963 Porsche from Ballwin, MO

It has been to cold here to use the products I bought, but the employees I dealt with were polite and professional. I am looking forward to warmer weather to use the paints.

Joe A, owner of a 1964 Porsche from Alamogordo, NM

Excellent match with base coat only with 43 year old paint. Clear coat was too glossy. Tough to obtain correct surface look from flat base by hand. However, repair is now virtually undetectable. Again, this is a 1964 Porsche 356 SC repainted Corvette Ermine White in 1973. Think about it.
