The crew at Automotive Touchup were very communicative during the order process. The product arrived on time. I ordered the primer and touch up color for my car, but 3 little bottles arrived and I thought they were just nice sending 2 bottles of the color. The website as well as the order should explain the process of the different layers. It seems I should have ordered primer, ground, mid coat and top coat. They sent primer, ground and mid coat and if you apply them in the wrong order you mess up your car, which unfortunately I did.

Automotive Touchup is a great product. Their paint blends seamlessly with the original, and their gloss clear coat is superior to Dupli-Color gloss by a mile. My only point of dissatisfaction with their products is the nearly two-week interval between ordering and delivery. However, the product IS worth the wait.

The Paint match (Dark Slate Metallic - K50) was absolutely spot on, there is no difference from the paint on the car at all. The clear coat is not nearly as shiny as the factory finish, so you can tell the difference. This may be because I used the rattle can option and not an HVLP sprayer, though, or possibly because this is the first real car part I've ever painted. I am not a professional or anything. I will say though, that paint is spot on. I plan to paint a camping trailer to match my Jeep, and I will for sure be getting the paint from automotivetouchup.

Fantastic product, quick turnaround on order and shipment. Paint blends perfectly with original paint color. My only complaint is that I don't care for spray apparatus; takes too much pressure to push down, and I prefer "needlepoint" style used like other manufacturers. However, this is my personal preference and overall, I give this product five stars.

Just a small touch up on the left door of my Altima Coupe. In less than 10 seconds I had it covered and you can't tell where the small scratches were located.
Match with existing paint was 100%. I've got the bottle in the glove box in case I need it again.

I'm ordering not for the first time and paint quality is good.
Color-wise, both orders were slightly off color, so the second time I did not even consider doing blend-in, but rather painted entire panel affected: this way it is definitely much better in the end.
I think slight color variation is quite expected for any "non-professional source" and should not be a real point of complaint, as you are supposed to adjust color if you are doing it in professional environment.
I will order again from this company if needed.

Very happy with the color match of the touch-up paint. My only complaint is that the brush that comes with the bottle is way too large. I purchased the bottle for small touch-up areas on my vehicle which requires a smaller more detailed tip on the brush. I purchased a small brush from a hobby shop which worked perfect. Would recommend this company.
