I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. When I received the shipment, the primer was damaged in transit. I called and they replaced the bottle at no charge. It arrived in about 5 business days. Once I received the replace, I watched a few videos online. I thought that I'd have to have my boyfriend do it for me. I felt confident enough to try it out on a scratch on my gas cover. I have a car that is blue in the sun and black in the shade. The color match was great! After following the instructions, came out after all the drying, It looked great! I ended up going all over my car for hours covering up dings and scratches.
