Had a bumpy first experience but my hats off to the customer service department! Ordered my small vial of paint, arrived in a timely fashion but as soon as I opened the package, I could smell the strong odor of paint. The paint was leaking from around the cap inside the innermost sealed package. A bit frustrated, I contacted customer service thinking I was in for one of those, "Sorry we are not responsible for the shipping company using your package as a football" excuses, but without hesitation, they replaced the defective merchandise. THIS is what customer service is all about! I offered to take pictures to send and the rep accepted saying they would be used for training purposes. I will definitely be buying from this company again without hesitation when the need arises. Thank you for taking care of your customers, even first time buyers!

I am no pro by any means. In fact I haven't done auto repair work of any kind in years. But this worked perfectly. I was proud to show off my work. Even when I told people the general area that I repaired they couldn't see where the work was done.
I thought for sure the paint color wouldn't be close, but it was, in fact it was a perfect match!
