I ordered touchup and clearcoat to fix a chip on the edge of my door. I worked on it last weekend and I am very satisfied with the result. The paint is an exact match and after using the ultra fine sandpaper and polishing compound on the clearcoat layer, the chip is pretty much gone. One of those things where I know where it is, but no-one else would even notice. What I liked best was the comprehensive selection and information on the webpage and reasonable prices. Had a bumpy first experience but my hats off to the customer service department! Ordered my small vial of paint, arrived in a timely fashion but as soon as I opened the package, I could smell the strong odor of paint. The paint was leaking from around the cap inside the innermost sealed package. A bit frustrated, I contacted customer service thinking I was in for one of those, "Sorry we are not responsible for the shipping company using your package as a football" excuses, but without hesitation, they replaced the defective merchandise. THIS is what customer service is all about! I offered to take pictures to send and the rep accepted saying they would be used for training purposes. I will definitely be buying from this company again without hesitation when the need arises. Thank you for taking care of your customers, even first time buyers!
