Had a bumpy first experience but my hats off to the customer service department! Ordered my small vial of paint, arrived in a timely fashion but as soon as I opened the package, I could smell the strong odor of paint. The paint was leaking from around the cap inside the innermost sealed package. A bit frustrated, I contacted customer service thinking I was in for one of those, "Sorry we are not responsible for the shipping company using your package as a football" excuses, but without hesitation, they replaced the defective merchandise. THIS is what customer service is all about! I offered to take pictures to send and the rep accepted saying they would be used for training purposes. My brother asked me to fix some minor damaged to the front end of his 2010 GT-R. The paint for that car was not available locally, so I contacted Automotive Touchup. They were able to provide the original color, along with clear coat. The paint went on easily, dried quickly and was a perfect match.
