CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2017 Mercedes-Benz T-Class, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The code on your identificaiton sticker will normally have many numbers in it with no prefix identifying a number as a paint code. The paint code will either be three or four digits. Some times the code will have a prefix of DB but this is not consistant. Click here for Mercedes Benz examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2017 Mercedes-Benz T-Class is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

James R, owner of a 2016 Mercedes-Benz S Class from Reisterstown, MD

The paint is of high quality and easy to use. The instructions on the can are very beneficial. Just make sure the correct paint code for your vehicle is given. Get an extra spray can of gloss for a perfect paint job you that you will be proud of.

RUSTY, owner of a 2016 Mercedes-Benz from SEATTLE,WA

Look, I'm an autobody instructor and as such, highly experienced with painting, color matches and what constitutes a quality product. Just finished using a second order of paint automotivetouchup.com provided and I think everyone should know what my experience was like. Matching colors is the number one problem our industry has, and white and yellow and pearls are definitely difficult to match. Two orders I recently got from them, one a red pearl ( tri-coat!) on a new Yamaha motorcycle, the other one, white, 2 stage base clear-coat on a new Mercedes Benz. Both paint matches were superb, spray cans packed heavily with high solid paints, and applicator heads that worked like a charm. The clear-coat cans, same thing with excellent applicator that mimic our HVLP guns beautifully. The red pearl was almost perfectly matched and this is a tri-coat...very hard to match. Mercedes white was perfect and the clearcoat hardened perfectly, exposed to rain the next day (!) looks like factory finishes. WELL DONE AUTOMOTIVE TOUCHUP, WELL DONE.
