To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2014 Mercedes-Benz M Class, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The code on your identificaiton sticker will normally have many numbers in it with no prefix identifying a number as a paint code. I used Mercedes color #765 Titansilber Metallic with High Gloss Clearcoat. This is the most common M.B. alloy wheel paint color. Used the Microfinish paint on two vehicles made several years apart (2010 & 2014) The match was pretty much perfect for a light metallic color, considering that at the factory the painted wheels would be baked to settle the metallic flakes to uniformity. I am well pleased with the results.
