To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2011 Mercedes-Benz E Class, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. 1st time user of your service. I ordered all products suggested in your "how too"repair instructions. The instructions seemed sufficiently detailed for an "old timer", so I followed each detail as close as possible, including sanding grit. The job entailed several 15 inch long scrapes from a stone wall on a plastic fender. The paint match was excellent even with a blended area, not perfect, about 9.8 out of 10, overall the end result was near perfect, friends could not believe the results. Will use your products again, but hope I don't have too. Good instructions, good products, and good adherence to instructions lead to good results.
