To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2010 Mercedes-Benz M Class, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The code on your identificaiton sticker will normally have many numbers in it with no prefix identifying a number as a paint code. This is clearly a high-quality paint - I've worked with several others that didn't even come close. The design of the spray nozzle made the job a breeze and the paint went on smoothly and with terrific coverage. The color match was EXACT. I was able to cover sections in only two easy coats. The clear coat went on just as easily and both dried quickly in admittedly not the best conditions. I know scent shouldn't be a consideration when commenting on paint, however I will also say that the scent of the paint was quite pleasant.
