Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2000 Mercedes-Benz Gt is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Roy G, owner of a 1999 Mercedes-Benz Ml Class from Boynton Beach, FL

Great product, just be sure to clean surface first and to follow the steps and directions carefully

William R, owner of a 2001 Mercedes-Benz S Class from Brea, CA

The order was filled fast and accurately. I color I bought was the only metallic silver available for a 2001 S430. Both the primer and the color spray cans bubbled out paint at the top of the can while spraying. A lot was coming out and made quite a mess even with a towel wrapped around to catch the overflow. It also spattered on the work. I made it work for the primer because that gets sanded. The color was another story. I called your customer service and was sent a new can of paint and some spray nozzles. I completed the work and realized the color was a little off. I reordered the "brilliant metallic silver" (744) which wasn't shown as an option for the 2001 S430, but is the right color. Overall, I am happy with the fix and will probably use your site again. Although next time I think I would buy a spray gun instead of the cans.
