Thank you for providing a feedback channel. This was my first time buying from this website. The products are clearly presented on the site and it was easy to identify what I needed. Only suggestion for improvement is shipment tracking. There was an email notifying me regarding the time it takes to custom mix the paint, but then I was in the dark for a few days. I sincerely wish there was shipment tracking notification - in our age it's pretty much a given and it would add a lot of transparency to the fulfillment process, which leads to greater buyer confidence.
