This inspired buyer confidence on my side. The products I received contained clear instructions and were easy to use - to my satisfaction. The shipping was faster than expected. Only suggestion for improvement is shipment tracking. There was an email notifying me regarding the time it takes to custom mix the paint, but then I was in the dark for a few days. I sincerely wish there was shipment tracking notification - in our age it's pretty much a given and it would add a lot of transparency to the fulfillment process, which leads to greater buyer confidence.
