CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2003 Jaguar XK8, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Jaguar paint code locations.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2003 Jaguar XK8 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Mark G, owner of a 2003 Jaguar XK8 from Albuquerque, NM

I purchased a kit to paint a pair of over riders for the front bumper of my 2003 Jaguar xk8. They needed to be painted Dorchester Gray metallic. The kit from Automotive Touchup was complete with primer, color coat, and clear coat, along with multiple grades of sandpaper and polish for finishing the final clear coat. The parts that I had to paint were used and required some significant repair and prep before painting. The end result was a perfect color match to my broken over riders. Only my primitive painting skills could have been better. Well worth the price.

Brian W, owner of a 2003 Jaguar XK8 from Wheeling, WV

Perfect match for my car! Thanks.

Kenneth M, owner of a 2002 Jaguar from Boca Raton, FL

After 14 years, my Jag had lost some paint on the right front fender and some rust was developing. There was also a bare spot next to the headlight. The videos were essential in showing me the correct way to prepare my car for painting and the proper painting procedure. I sanded everything down as instructed. I sprayed the areas that needed repair. The coverage of the paint is excellent. Two coats did the job but I added a third to be safe. The clear coat was just as easy. The most 'difficult' part of the process is the waiting time between coats. The spraying takes seconds. With all the waiting time, it took a little more than an hour. The car looks fantastic and I'm so glad I did this.
