Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1998 Honda Crosstour is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Todd K, owner of a 1999 Honda Odyssey from Houston, TX

I was pleasantly surprised. I painted a new aftermarket black primered fender for my '99 Ody. One can was enough. Color and metallic flake is an exact match. Then used 2k clear coat. You can only tell a difference if you get up close. Original is smoother and glossier. Of course I could probably use rubbing compound to remedy this, but I'm not likely to that on a car with 260k miles on it. Todd K.

Keith A, owner of a 1998 Honda Passport from Mobile, AL

Many years ago I tried to do minor automotive body repair with single step paints but was never pleased with the work. If you follow this company's directions completely you will achieve like-new results. My repair saved me about $500 and my paint/clearcoat costs were less than $100. I will do business with this company again. I'm an amateur, but got professional results!
