CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2013 GMC Cab/Chassis, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2013 GMC Cab/Chassis is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Dale G, owner of a 2014 GMC Acadia from Wakeman, OH

The color match was right on. Applicator was easy to use. Great economical touch up kit

David Z, owner of a 2012 GMC Canyon from Newark, DE

I was somewhat leery about the ability to match my blazing orange metallic paint but I had no other choice it's not available in the box stores or auto parts places. I ordered two cans and the corresponding clear coat. After much priming and sanding I sprayed the color coat per instructions, allowed to dry 30 minutes and then clear coated it. I was surprised how good it looked. For the acid test I took the part out in the bright sunshine and held them up to my truck's fenders than hood. It was amazing to see that it was an exact perfect match. I would also agree that the clear coat is much, much better than other rattle cans. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a perfect match to their vehicles paint. I am highly, highly pleased.
