Star White has an extra step. You need to put down the base coat, then the top and finally the clear. Primer if your down to bare metal. The color match was great! Used on my bumper to cover a couple minor chips from rocks. One was down to bare metal. Product works really well. My only suggestion would for the pen tip to available in a finer point. Even when carefully applied, I still managed to color 'outside the lines'. Color matched well, so it wasn't a big deal. I'm somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to my trucks. I would definitely recommend and would buy again!
