Lead time from order top recieve is way top long.

Need to offer finer wet sand paper though, 1500 is good but you really need a range up to 6000.
Maybe even include written instructions as well, the instructions on the pens are really small. Fir some of us older folks iit makes it hard to read.
All in all, I'd give ya all a 4 out of 5 stars.
I'll probably order the other color i need shortly just to have it on hand.

Using AutomotiveTouchup was the first time I've ever fixed a paint chip the right way – with primer, paint, and clearcoat. Dealers don't even offer the primer and clearcoat.
The paint color matches perfectly, even on a metallic color. The touchup paint has the same sparkly appearance as the factory-applied paint. This is amazing!
The paint pen was easy to use. I appreciated how I could get a thin line or a thick line with the applicator.
The end result doesn't look like new, but that's a function of the user (me) rather than the tools. From a distance, you can't tell that there's ever been any damage to the car – the color blends that well! Up close, you can tell that there was a repair made, just because I'm just bad at having a steady hand during application.
