My 4X4 Off Road is Magma Red and is spectacular when the sunlight hits it. Where I live I rarely see another truck with that factory paint. So here is the twist! I and building two electric guitars - a Stratocaster and a Telecaster and, since I like my truck's color so much I decided to paint their bodies the same color. OK so since I am painting wood versus metal the color might be a very slight shade different but I still expect the bodies to be close to the truck's color. Many years ago when Leo Fender was building solid body electric guitars he is often known to use automotive paint colors, which were popular on cars at that time, when painting his guitar bodies. So, if my projects turn out as I hope, I may upload some pictures if permitted.

I needed to color match a part that I was adding to my new Magnetic Metallic F-150, and this stuff worked perfectly. I'm an amateur painter at best, but this stuff was easy to use and the color match was excellent. About 2 weeks into ownership, the garage door caught the tailgate handle. Scuffs and a nice big scratch. I tried brush-on touchup paint but just could not get it right.
