Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2005 Ford Probe is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Bullwinkle, owner of a 2004 Ford Freestar from Delphos, OH

GREAT products for 'diy' projects. If you feather blend it around the factory paint you can hardly see the difference. The same with the clear coat feather blend it and wet sand with 2,000 grit sand paper, then use a Meguiar's 'ultimate compound' to bring cc to a shine.

Darrell T, owner of a 2004 Ford F350 from Jacksonville, FL

While reading my March 2015 Outdoor Life magazine I saw your ad for automotive touch-up. I had some serious, fairly deep scrapes on my 2004 F-350 passenger rear quarter panel. I obtained an estimate previously at a local body shop in early 2014 and received a quote of $500. I declined the repair at that time. After accessing the automotive touch-up website I read testimonials that caused me to be somewhat skeptical. I did in fact order the 2 ounce base coat and clear coat for my truck. I regret now that I did not take before and after photos. After multiple thin coats of base color and while allowing for drying time I only applied one coat of clear coat to each scrape I achieved a near perfect correction of defects. I would not hesitate to recommend these products to anyone. I am truly more than satisfied especially when I saved approximately $467 by using this product.
