CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1995 Dodge Intrepid, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. 2007 and newer Dodge models usually have the paint code in the door jamb. Most paint codes are three digits long and start with a P or Q and contains letters and/or numbers. Click here for more Dodge paint code locations and paint code images.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1995 Dodge Intrepid is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Lannes, owner of a 1995 Dodge Intrepid from Bowling Green, Ky

This was the second time I had to order paint and clear coat. I cleaned the car and sanded the spots to be painted. The paint matched so well I could have just used the paint alone. I let it dry and sprayed the clear coat on. I did 2 coats and just like magic. The color started looking better and better. By the next morning there was a great shine on the bummers and a sport on the door. For a car that is almost 21 years old I couldn't ask for the look to be better. I'm sure a profession painter could make it look like a factory job but just for a weekend doer I was well pleased. As the old saying goes, it is hard to see flaws on a moving car. Thank you.

Great match!! Thank you!

Mike, owner of a 1996 Dodge Viper

Your company provided me with all of the necessary items I needed to do a professional job. I especially appreciated a number of your online videos and the opportunity to talk to one of your telephone tech support people. Since this is the first time that I have tackled such a project, that kind of assistance is invaluable. If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, it would be that a comprehensive step-by-step list of procedures to follow would be greatly appreciated. I know that you provide an online list of steps, but these are broken out into categories that don't necessarily flow from procedure to procedure; and the instructions on each of the aerosol cans are good but it would be better if both the online instructions and the aerosol can instructions were merged into one master step-by-step list, even though some people might not need every step. I would definitely use your products again and recommend them to anyone else who would like to repair their auto paint. Thanks.
