To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2016 Chevrolet SS, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. Decide to buy this paint for my girlfriends car. After she had an accident that left her bumper in two pieces I bought a new one, I was going to paint it at a friends shop but after researching this paint I decided to go with this. I'm happy with it, the color is not 100% but they never are unless you can get some paint from that exact day your car was painted at the factory and it still wouldn't be the same. It does look good and I can't complain it's a great price. I bought 2 cans of paint and 2 cans of 2K clear, I only used one and one. The clear was enough for two coats.
