CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2013 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2013 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Engineer Norman, owner of a 2012 Chevrolet Volt from Palm Beach, FL

I had a minor spot on my rear bumper of my 2012 Chevy Volt. I went to the dealer and purchased their touch up paint for $25 and had the dealer touch up the spot. The paint did not cover the black bumper primer and the spot was still visible. I took off the paint the dealer applied and tried it myself with new touch up paint the Chevy dealer gave me. The result was exactly the same. Then I bought Automotive Touchup paint in 2 oz bottles last week. I removed all the old paint down to the black spot of the bumper. I followed the instructions and to my disbelief the black spot slowly disappeared. I used my own fine brushes for this repaint job. There were also two other tiny spots where rocks chipped the paint on the side of the car, so I applied the touch up paint to them as well. The result was both of them cannot be seen anymore. I would never buy Touchup paint from another source other than your company, thank you. Your Customer Service was great and helped me through the entire process when I had questions.

Jami H, owner of a 2012 Chevrolet Captiva from Chicago, IL

I had minor paint scratching on the rear fender. Purely cosmetic though very noticeable. I lightly applied a few coats of automotive touchup (letting each coat dry in between). The scratch is barely noticeable. The color matched exactly. Thank you!
