To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2013 Chevrolet Colorado, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. The paint match was flawless. I was amazed as to how close the touch up was to the original paint job. However, the pen applicator was a little difficult to deal with and made applying the paint very blotchy. After letting the paint dry it settled in and smoothed out a little better but overall at a distance you can't even tell where the paint was applied.
