CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2000 Chevrolet Lumina Van, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2000 Chevrolet Lumina Van is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

David M, owner of a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban from Goodlettsville, TN

The paint, urethane primer and clear were very easy to use and applied great. No problems at all. Very good products. Total amature here, and came out absolutely perfect. Just make sure to wet sand your primer with 600 like the directions state and you will have flawless results. Easiest product I have ever sprayed.

Thomas M, owner of a 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo from Valrico, FL

Received 2 cans: one torch red and one can clear-coat, have not used them yet but they came through in great shape might have to get more --thanks for the great service.
