To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1999 Chevrolet Camaro, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. I am quite happy with the overall experience I had with the company. The quality of the products was exceptional. Just added a tall spoiler to my 1999 Camaro. Painted it w/ your aerosol can Base and Clearcoat. The shine is so intense it out shines the factory paint on the rest of the car. I'm now in the process of buying a spray gun and a few gallons of your base and clear to do the rest of the car. I've not seen better color or quality for $5000 or more. You guys have saved me thousands.............I'll send pictures of the finished product. BTW; this is the first time I've taken on the entire job myself; and I have all the confidence I need to do this right thanks to ATU............... ;-)
