To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. It has been quite a while since I have done any body work on cars. I have to say that the Automotive Touch Up base coat and clear coat wound up a perfect match on my vehicle. After I got the rust out and sanding done, the coats went on smoothly. The result is OK(mostly my body filling technique)but the color is right on. I have to do some extra buffing on the repair site and I expect I can even out the blend. I appreciate the fast service on the paint delivery and the excellent color match.
