CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1997 Cadillac Seville, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1997 Cadillac Seville is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Richard K, owner of a 1997 Cadillac Seville from Lake Geneva, WI

Great color match!

Dale E, owner of a 1997 Cadillac Seville from Kearney, MO

Our Seville was hit at the grocery store and was damaged on the left rear door and rear quarter panel. The bid for repair was well over $3000. I purchased a door at a junk yard for $116, and a can of Bondo. I then ordered paint, primer, and clear coat in spray cans from Automotive Touchup. The color match was just absolutely perfect. My total cost including the door was less that $250 so I saved over $3000. Actually it was fun doing the repair. Thanks for a great product.

John R, owner of a 1997 Cadillac Seville from Springfield, OH

Second time buyer and am quite satisfied.

Dane A, owner of a 1997 Cadillac Seville from Carlinville, IL

Applies well and looks good, very pleased!

Lonnie P, owner of a 1997 Cadillac Seville from Albany, OR

I followed the instructions and had great results. Color was dead on. I dare anyone maybe even a pro to spot the areas I painted against the factory job.
