After not finding the paint code, I called AutomotiveTouchup and they told me to call the dealer with the vin and I received the proper color code. It seems that my 1998 was painted with a 97 color. It matches really good though, much better than the duplicolor that I used to use. I now know where to buy touchup and also 2 part primer which adheres better than regular spray primer.
