To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1997 Cadillac Deville Concour, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. The product works as advertised but the paint on '97 Caddy has faded so it is rather hard to precisely match the color. What I have done so far does look a lot better than it did before however. It's a good product.
