Easy ordering merchandise. I would send an email confirming item has been shipped and when it should arrive. The product itself is great! I called to speak to someone in customer support before I placed my order. After all my questions were answered, I hung the phone up and did my order online. The person who assisted me on the phone was great BTW! She provided the exact answers I was looking for.
I haven’t begun my repairs yet, mostly due to weather issues in the Dallas metro area. Either it’s been raining or way too hot with high humidity! I might wait until around October to do the repairs on my wife’s BMW. My so caused the damage to the front bumper. He was backing out of the driveway and crashed into her front bumper one evening. This all sounds worse than it actually was as it only caused one area on the front bumper to be damaged. It’s a decent sized scratch about one and half inches long and about a half inch wide. This of course went all the way to the Black part of the bumper, all paint removed in other words from that area.
Now, about my products I ordered!! Each and everything I ordered was exactly as advertised! All the paint and products arrived to my house in great condition with nothing damaged at all. Everything was wrapped up nice and neat and no leaks from the paint occurred! The package was to arrive Fed-Ex. Just wanted to let others know that just because the package states it’s shipped via Fed-Ex doesn’t mean it arrives on your front porch. I purchased a new bumper for my 2013 BMW 335i xDrive and needed to paint it. I ordered all the supplies from Automotivetouchup and finished the job last weekend. I must say that the color match of the base coat was excellent. The two-part primer and two-part clear coat are also great products. I'll order here again for my next project.

I scraped my red BMW 2013 convertible rocker bottom panel by accident on a landscaping curb after making a hard turn too early. I used the aerosol spray paint on the panel from Automotive touch-up and the color was EXACT. The paint from Automotive touch-up is the same color as the factory paint-can't even tell the difference. It doesn't even look like the car was re-painted, even in bright sunlight. I am super impressed with these guys. It just doesn't get any better than this. I can't even tell what panel was re-painted unless I think what side I messed up and the car looks exactly as when I first bought it. I am super picky about my cars and these guys delivered. Parked my BMW in a covered, under the building parking area, with open areas to the outside. The landscapers must have come through and without thinking, peppered the front of my BMW with a lot of stone chips of various sizes. And just for good measure presented me with two parallel scratched on the rt fender.
I've used Automotive Touchup products before, and I was warned that the Melbourne Red Metallic is a difficult color to match, but tried it.
THe scratches on the fender are gone, a perfect match with clear coat. The stone chips have their first coat of paint and will be putting the clear coat on soon.
And so much cheaper than the dealer paint!

Thank you for the very fast delivery of your excellent product! The paint was an exact match for the two small repairs I made on my BMW. BMW did not have what I needed in stock and their price was much more. I would recommend that everyone have some touch up on hand, just in case.
