Test paper said 3 -4 coats of base was enough but it took 7 coats on the car to get even color. Color seemed to darken after 4 coats of clear coat and the clear coat didn't gloss up shiney. Still have to try rubbing compound. Glad I did this on an area where it isn't obvious. Over all still an improvement over the multi scratched section on the roof.

sprays on very thin compared to rustoleum, but that allows for light coats to be applies easier without over spray... the can also feels heavier that my usual rattle cans, wide spray pattern is also good for large panels... the color is an exact match as far as my eyes can tell...
