To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. I ordered both the spray touch up paint using my car's color code as well as spray clear coat to repair a foot long scrape that I had on my rocker panel. I sanded, primed, painted and clear coated it. After a little buffing to get a high shine and it matched the factory paint perfectly.
