To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. Let's make a long story short. On my initial order I ordered one 12 ounce can of Absolutely Red paint for my beautiful (except for the good size dent and scratch on the passenger door) 2004 Toyota Solara convertible. Unfortunately, one can was not enough. The original order took about 10 days to arrive which was fine because of the custom paint color. I ordered another can of paint online on Sunday and on first thing Monday morning I called Microfinish to make sure they had received my order. I spoke to Lisa and she informed me that because of the custom color it would take the same amount of time as the first order. She then added that she would see what she could do about rushing the order but she could not make any promises. This conversation took place on a Monday morning and I received my paint midday on Wednesday.
