To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. Great quality paint. The base coat went on smoothly over the primer. After the clear coat cured and upon buffing the new finish blended in perfectly on the trunk lid. I also have previously used the automotivetouchup sanddrift basecoat paint on the entire hood of my 1999 Toyota Corolla after buffing the paint also blended in perfectly with the fenders.
