CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2023 Subaru Ascent, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Subaru paint code location diagrams and label examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2023 Subaru Ascent is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Bryan R, owner of a 2023 Subaru Ascent from Meridian, ID

The color match is excellent. My experience with Automotive Touchup over the years is great!

Gail K, owner of a 2023 Subaru Ascent from Mayville, WI

I found keeping a straight edged piece of paper hand. I used it to quickly scoot off a bit of extra paint that came out of the paint pen. The paint pen worked very good, excellent color match.

Kip W, owner of a 2022 Subaru Legacy from Cicero, NY

Great product.
