Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2008 Subaru Brz is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

David H, owner of a 2007 Subaru Outback from San Tan Valley, AZ

The paint kit that was sent did a great job in repairing three smaller areas that needed to be repainted on bumpers. I would not hesitate to do it again. I addition to the paint I did buy some of the sandpaper and cleaner pads and they save some time have to find it locally.

Anthony B, owner of a 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca from San Antonio, TX

Perfect match color. I used this on door outside rear view mirror covers. The mirrors come from a salvage vehicle and were the incorrect color. Temp 70F, humidity 55%. Sanded the covers with 1000 wet. Cleaned with TCP and alcohol. Two coats color 15 minutes apart. Let cure for 30 minutes. Then, 5 coats of clear, 15 minutes apart. After 48 hours, buffed with McQuire's rubbing compound, then wax. They came out perfect. I have finish photos to upload but I don't see a mechanism to do that here.
