Great customer support. Obviously I don't know how operations work and you did make it known, but the check out time to getting product at door is lengthy and little info through process. Possibly having a meter showing where the order is in the process like tracking with shipping does. Other than that great color match minus the clearcoat. Clearcoat was average for few dollars more you can get better quality clearcoat. Other than the few minor things overall a great experience and great color finish.
