Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2005 Subaru Sambar is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Kim S, owner of a 2004 Subaru Baja from Pittsfield, ME

I ordered both paint and clear coat for my son's black Baja. The actual paint has a subtle red fleck in it, so I was concerned about scratch cover-up. The paint matched perfectly! We used it to repair some small rust spots that we had to sand down to metal, and we even used it over some random chips from rocks and weather. After a few days, we could barely discern the spots that we repaired. The clear coat really made a difference too. We had to buff a bit due to the age and condition of the current finish, but we were very satisfied. I liked the aerosol cans; they were easy to use and sprayed evenly. I will be buying some more for my own vehicle to touch up a few chips.

Randy W, owner of a 2004 Subaru Legacy from Cove, OR

Color matched very well. The spray can was spitting a little and leaving dark droplets, other than that all went well.
