To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code, so you can find it on the chart below. The color code will be located on a sticker called Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. The color match was remarkable considering it was a limited run color in the first place. Following the directions the product went on great, hardened correctly and blends in almost perfectly. If you do not know what to look for and where to look, even under direct summer sunlight, you cannot detect a repair. My wife did the surfing to find Automotivetouchup's website. Ordering was simple, delivery was fast. Being a Saturn this was a plastic trim component that I repaired with fiberglass and epoxy, sanded to shape and painted with this product. The results are as good as going to a body shop, and cost maybe a tenth as much. We are both very happy with the results.
