To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2000 Saturn SL1, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker called Parts Identification. Paint color was perfect. However, I had a difficult time spraying the lacquer to get an even finish. This may be due to high humidity at the time - about 65%. Overall, the project turned out OK, but not the perfect result I was looking for. Perhaps it would take a slight buffing to even out the lacquer. I am open to some advice from you as to what type of finish wax or polish to use to even out the lacquer. The Bandit respirator mask worked very well - will never do a spray job again without it.

I replaced the front bumper cover on a 01 Saturn, cranberry red in color. It has been parked outdoors 24/7 for as long as we owned it which is about 9 years. The color match is almost perfect. If you didn't know it was just painted, you couldn't tell it was. I like the way you use it right out of the can. Except for the hardener, no fuss, no muss. I don't know if Automotive Touch-up checks weather conditions for the zip code they are shipping to but the paint flowed and covered great. No runs, drips, or errors. I am going to repair and "old school" a 2000 Mustang in white metal flake, over the winter and paint in spring, I hope this place is still in business then because these guys know what they are doing.
