Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1984 Saab 9-5 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Joseph R, owner of a 1985 Saab from NY

AutomotiveTouchup provides great service and a quality product. The color match of the paint is great and the aerosol can sprays with a nice fan pattern for a better result. Worth the investment, highly recommend. Thank you!

John J, owner of a 2004 Saab 9-3 Cabrio from Ohio

Wow! Perfect match! Excellent quality! Looks better than if I had shot it with a gun. I was skeptic, but didn't have anything to lose. I ordered "Lime Yellow Metallic" for a 2004 Saab, paint color 292. My wife had a little incident and took a chunk out of the bumper cover. She loves this car and didn't want to get rid of it. I was able to get a silver bumper cover at the junkyard. After looking for paint on the internet for about a day, I decided to go with Automotive Touchup rattle cans. I ordered 2 cans of primer, 2 cans of base, 2 cans of clear, a spray can handle, 2 bottles of wax and grease remover, 2 packs of assorted wet sandpaper, 2 tack cloths for about $100. It came out extremely well. I could not be happier. Get the spray handle, it works great!
