Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1971 Saab (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Arnie, owner of a 1971 Saab from CA

Painted 2 cars in BRG green. Very nice color and quality. Each batch of paint matched perfectly. Good and fast service. Thanks

Dan R, owner of a 2002 Saab 9-5 from Cleveland, OH

I was a little leery of a 20 dollar can of spray paint, but having a quart mixed locally, plus reducer, hardener etc. would have been a lot more, so I went with it. The first thing I did was a gas cap door, and even using a can of clear from Wal-mart, it turned out extremely well. After a little grinding and plastic, I sprayed 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear. The next day I asked my mechanic if he noticed the gas cap door, he said no, he looked over at it and asked where I had bought one, that is good enough for me.

Fletcher L, owner of a 2002 Saab 9-5 from Sanbornton, NH

I thought it was pretty expensive for a single can of paint, but it was also the best price I found so I went ahead and got it. Glad I did, it sprayed on really well and it's a VERY good match.
